Please note guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. The credit card holder needs to be present and the credit card must match the one used to guarantee the booking.
Kindly note we will send payment link depending on the cancellation policy of the booking, to fill in the credit card details for deposit payment. Guests are requested to validate their credit card and make payment through payment link received from the hotel.
On 24.12 and 31.12 a Gala dinner supplement is mandatory for all guests and is included in the nightly rate for 2 adults in all double room occupancies and for the Family Villa rate is inclusive of gala dinner for 4 adults. For children 4 - 11 years the rate is 25 Euros per child and this is to be paid upon check-in as it is not added to the rate plan.
Please note as from May 2024 the spa will be temporary closed for maintenance and renovation.
